Free electricity, water: Arvind Kejriwal's poll sop for tenants in Delhi

Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal announced on Saturday that the party would introduce a scheme to provide free electricity and water to tenants if it wins the Assembly elections. Addressing a press conference on Saturday, Kejriwal said, "We have provided free electricity and water to residents of Delhi. Today, I want to announce that if our government is formed after the elections, we will introduce a system to provide free electricity and water for tenants." The AAP has also promised to provide life and accident insurance worth Rs 15 lakh for autorickshaw drivers, who have been a significant support base for the party since its poll debut in 2013, if it comes to power in the capital.
