Mahashivaratri Brahmotsavam from Feb. 19 at Srisailam

Kurnool: The Srisailam temple authorities are gearing up for the Mahashivaratri Brahmotsavam, scheduled from February 19 to March 1 at the Sri Bhramarambika Mallikarjuna Swamy Devasthanam. Executive Officer M. Srinivasa Rao has directed officials to complete all preparations by the first week of February, anticipating a significant influx of devotees. He stressed coordination with the forest department to clear wild vegetation along key routes and instructed the timely completion of gravel work, pandals, temporary sheds, drinking water facilities, and electrification. To enhance devotees' experience, the horticulture wing will plant more sacred plants at Hathakeswaram, queue compartments will be repaired, additional toilets installed, and cleanliness strictly maintained.
