Four years into Chris Ballard’s rebuild, Frank Reich believes Colts are ready

New York Times

Frank Reich spent the evening of Memorial Day poring through his depth chart, weighing all that’s changed since he first took the job more than two years ago. “Everything has been measured, calculated, poised, in reach,” Reich wrote to Chris Ballard, the Colts’ fourth-year GM. “It was ready,” Reich said of his roster and the team’s bold moves this spring. “The opposite of a perfect storm, in a good way,” Reich said of the team’s move to swap the 13th overall pick in this spring’s draft for Buckner.
