People using Indian Railways today encountered considerable difficulties while attempting to book tickets due to a major disruption affecting the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation website and mobile app. Approximately 50 per cent of website users reported being unable to access the site, while 40 per cent of app users faced functionality issues, and 10 per cent struggled specifically with completing ticket bookings.
