Forces review security in Kashmir, following the deadly Pampore attacks
Referring the Pampore attacks, the DGP said that men in uniform are retaliating with the a view to avoid killing of innocent people. Srinagar: Top security officials on Sunday reviewed the security in Kashmir Valley in the wake of the deadly Pampore attack and the upcoming Amarnath Yatra. The meeting deliberated on various important issues relating to the internal security situation in the state, a police spokesman said. “The desperate attempts by the militants to target security personnel would not deter us to prevail complete peace in the state,” Kumar said, adding all security forces in the state will collectively eradicate the menace of terrorism.
