My £5k Porsche is Ulez compliant but Sadiq Khan's enforcers bombarded me with fines - here's how I fought back

Owners who must prove their cars are compliant must contact the manufacturer to supply the vehicle's Certificate of Compliance - a document which shows details - including emissions data The ULEZ NOx standard for petrol vehicles is a figure of 0.08 - which is substantially higher than the 0.055 figure for the 2002 Porsche Boxster. A TfL spokesperson said: 'We rely on DVLA records supplied by vehicle manufacturers for our road user charging schemes including the ULEZ.
