Bears GM Ryan Poles has admitted that trading away former team quarterback Justin Fields wasn't an easy choice, insisting it was 'probably one of the harder things' he's ever had to do as an NFL team executive. Speaking to reporters at the league's Annual League Meeting on Monday morning, Poles, 38, recalled going to Matt Eberflus' house, earlier this month, so that he and the team's head coach could call Fields together to inform him of a deal in place to trade him to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
