Rowling’s Wizarding World announced the Harry Potter At Home event on Twitter, along with seven of the famous faces who will be recorded for the series of video readings: Radcliffe, Stephen Fry, Beckham, Dakota Fanning, Claudia Kim, Noma Dumezweni and Eddie Redmayne. We’ve got a treat for you…From today, amazing friends of the Wizarding World are going to take turns reading Harry Potter book one.” “And to start us off with Chapter 1, we think you’ll agree we have the perfect narrator.” The first chapter is read by Radcliffe, who rose to fame portraying the boy wizard in the Harry Potter film adaptations.
