ISL | Resurgent KBFC looks to continue good run when it hosts NEUFC
The makeshift coaching team of T.G. Purushothaman and Tomasz Tchorz have managed to resurrect Kerala Blasters’ fortunes in the ongoing Indian Super League season. The resurgent KBFC, which has won three out of its last four games, will be keen to continue the good run when it hosts NorthEast United FC at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium here on Saturday. Blasters, despite dominating possession against Odisha, lacked the killer punch upfront till a three-goal blitz swung the match in their favour. The visitor, which is currently unbeaten in its last five matches, will be more threatening than the passive Odisha side which blundered by trying to preserve its early lead.
