ANTICIPATED CHALLENGES AND KEJRIWAL'S RESPONSE Despite facing criticism for free provision of public services, Kejriwal stood his ground and offered the public a choice: providing 200 units of free electricity costing Rs 1.5 lakh crore, or giving loan waivers to billionaires. He estimated that Rs 10,000 crore would be required to open one lakh Mohalla Clinics around the country, providing free healthcare to all.
