Ruling VVD remains biggest party in the polls, far right PVV is in second place

The right-wing Liberal VVD remains by far in the lead in the latest poll of polls and is on target to win 38 to 42 seats – or 26.6% of the vote – if there were a general election tomorrow. The poll of polls, a combination of three separate opinion polls, shows the position of the party of prime minister Mark Rutte is unchanged on the previous edition some two months ago. Geert Wilders’ far right PVV has consolidated its position in second place, on 16 to 20 seats in the 150 seat parliament, or a maximum 10.2% support. The combined performance of the two far right parties would give them a maximum of around 17.7% of the national vote.
