Twitter Stops Users From Sending Direct Message On Android, iOS: Report
Twitter has removed the option to send a direct message to another account directly from a profile page on Android and iOS applications, many users reported. Last week, Twitter Boss Elon Musk had announced that a higher-priced subscription to the microblogging platform with no ads will be available in the coming weeks. Meanwhile, a new whistleblower has reportedly revealed that privacy violations and data security infringements continued unabated under the regime of Twitter's new CEO Elon Musk. In a complaint filed by the whistleblower in mid-October last year, a maximum of 4,000 company employees were allowed to access an internal function nicknamed "GodMode," according to a report by Bloomberg.
