Lauren Boebert flubs restraining order against ex-husband — leaving it 'not enforceable'

Raw Story

A judge told Rep. Lauren Boebert that a restraining order against her ex-husband was "not enforceable" because he was never served with it. Westword reported that Boebert showed up alone to a court hearing on Thursday, hoping to make the restraining order against her ex-husband, Jayson, permanent. But Garfield County Judge Jonathan Pototsky said on Thursday that Boebert's former husband had to be officially served before it could be enforced. "I just want to put our anguish aside and come to a common ground that is in the best interest of our children," he told Westword.
