Eddie Howe calls for clubs to have home advantage as Bournemouth manager backs Project Restart

Eddie Howe has backed Project Restart as Premier League clubs prepare for Wednesday's make-or-break vote on whether to enter contact training. All 20 teams will vote on Wednesday on whether they should start phase two of training and Howe, although admitting goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale's positive coronavirus test has caused anxiety in his squad, is in support of restarting. Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has backed Project Restart ahead of Wednesday's vote Cherries goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale has this week tested positive for coronavirus 'My stance is very consistent: the health and safety of everyone is the most important thing. But Howe, who was in Tuesday's video conference call with all top-flight bosses, believes an agreement to play games as normal at home and away grounds would pave the way to restarting the season.
