World Water Day 2021: Nissan India offers free foam wash service
India TodayNissan India is offering free foam wash service to its customers at all Nissan and Datsun service centres across the country on World Water Day 2021. The automobile manufacturer claims that its foam wash technique requires 45 per cent less water per car in comparison to the conventional wash method, and increases the car's gloss and shine by 38 per cent. With its foam wash technique, Nissan India is aiming to conserve nearly 86,400 litres of water per day with 1,200 foam washes. Our lake deepening initiative has not only increased the holding capacity of water by 205 lakh litres but has also enabled increased groundwater table and drinking water availability in the wells, which are the main sources of water for local farming activities," Renault-Nissan Automotive India Managing Director Biju Balendran said.
