Led by Major Seeta Ashok Shelke, the Madras Engineering Group of the Indian Army in Bengaluru, also called Madras Sappers, on Thursday completed the construction of the 190-ft-long Bailey bridge in Wayanad district which was hit by devastating landslides on Tuesday.
