A West Bengal government employee went on a stabbing spree after his leave request was declined. Following this, he got into an argument with his colleagues and went on a stabbing spree inside his office at Karigari Bhawan in Kolkata's Newtown area around 12 PM on Thursday, sources said. Amit Sarkar also injured one of his office security guards during the knife attack. A video of Sarkar walking on a busy road with the knife in his hand, a bag on his back and another one in the other hand has surfaced.
