Chinese hackers can breach routers and steal passwords, FBI and NSA warns

China’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said the report had been “noted” by Beijing, but that China “firmly opposes and combats any form of cyber attacks, and will not encourage, support or condone any cyber attacks.” In a statement to The Independent, a spokesperson for the Chinese embassy denied the accusations and said that the country opposes and combats cyber theft in all its forms.
