DKS refuses to comment on KPCC chairmanship controversy

Shivakumar, KPCC president and Deputy Chief Minister, has refused to comment on the controversy about the change in KPCC leadership. Reports of a rift between him and KPCC working president Satish Jarkiholi had emerged after a recent Congress Legislative Party meeting in Bengaluru. “AICC chairman Mallikarjun Kharge has told us not to comment publicly about the issues relating to change in KPCC presidentship. “We are organising the Jai Bapu Jai Bheem Jai Samvidhan event in Belagavi on January 21, that was scheduled earlier, but got postponed due to the death of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
