Google Pixel expected to be the first smartphone to get the Android O update
Google Pixel and Pixel XL are expected to be the first devices to get the new Android O update. The information was provided by a Tweet from Android Police’s David Ruddock “The official OTA to Android O for Pixel will likely drop in the first week of August. Along with the announcement, Google also released the factory images for the first developer preview of the upcoming update. Night light, Icon Shapes, Smart Text Selection, Quick Setting, Notification dots, Picture in a picture frame and Autofill are few of the highlights of the upcoming Android O. HMD Global recently confirmed to Techradar that Android O will be available on the Nokia 3, 5 and 6 and a Tweet by OnePlus CEO and founder, Pete Lau, said OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T will also receive the upcoming Android O update.
