LA TimesLos Angeles City Council member Nithya Raman, left, now former City Council member Paul Krekorian and LAHSA Chief Executive Va Lecia Adams Kellum kick off the first night of the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority’s 2024 homeless count in North Hollywood on Jan. 23.
