Hyderabad: 24 Persons Caught Consuming Drugs in Surprise Raid at Cave Pub

Hyderabad: Twenty four persons were found to have taken drugs at The Cave Pub when in a joint operation officials from the Madhapur special operations team, Shamshabad police, Telangana Anti-Narcotics Bureau and the excise department personnel mounted a surprise raid after getting a tip-off on Saturday night. According to the Madhapur SOT DCP, "The pub owners organised a psychedelic party which mainly targets those into drugs. Addressing the media on Sunday, Madhapur DCP G. Vineeth said "We have arrested 24 individuals in The Cave Pub. We will be issuing notices to IT companies and educational institutions to take preventive measures.” According to sources, the drugs were brought from outside and consumed in the pub.
