Tightest Races in New York Could Determine Control of Congress

New York's congressional races on Tuesday could have significant implications for control of the House. Republicans are clinging to suburban seats they won two years ago, but Democrats are trying to claw them back by warning that a right-wing Congress might ban abortion.
