WARNING: This story contains graphic details The 2016 killings of Iuliana Triscaru and Cory Breton were dubbed the toolbox murders, described as an act of "unspeakable evil of the worst kind" by a judge. Brisbane's Court of Appeal today acquitted Stou Daniels, Trent Thrupp, and Davy Taiao, of their murder convictions, and ordered a retrial. Waylon Ngaketo Cowan Walker was also implicated in the killing at the same time, and had his lesser conviction of manslaughter overturned on appeal two weeks ago.
