Khammam: Revenue and housing minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy on Friday said that the state government is committed to fulfilling the dream of every poor family to own a pucca house through the Indiramma Housing Scheme. The minister revealed that the government had received 80 lakh applications for Indiramma houses through the Praja Palana Seva Kendrams as part of the selection process for the "six guarantees" initiative. The minister also urged those who have not yet applied for the Indiramma Housing Scheme to submit their applications at the nearest Praja Palana Seva Kendrams. The government is working towards its target of completing 20 lakh Indiramma houses in the next four years.
