WBBSE question papers go viral for two consecutive exams, state education minister refuses to call it 'paper leak'

After two consecutive paper leaks in the Madhyamik or West Bengal class 10 board exams, State Education Minister Partha Chatterjee asked the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education for the reports on the circulation of question paper images on social media. But he refused to term the incidents as question paper leaks because the images of the question paper were out on social media when the students had already started writing the exam.
