Johnny Cash, 44, his son Johnboy Cash, 19, Miles Cash, 25, and 18-year-old Jacko Cosgrove died when the Toyota Hilux pick-up truck left the road in Kent last October. open image in gallery Jacko Cosgrove died from multiple injuries in the crash Forensic toxicologist Nicola Ingram said he would have been able to walk around fine, but not legally allowed to drive. open image in gallery Miles Cash also died in the crash Pathologist Dr Rouse explained the driver suffered serious multiple injuries to his back, leg, chest, rib and arm injuries. Miles Cash’s cause of death was also multiple injuries as he suffered a fractured skull, as well as facial, arm and leg injuries.
