Daily MailRock icon Sir Rod Stewart has placed his nine-bedroom, 12-bath California estate back on the market for a whopping $80 million, months after sources said he had grown tired of the 'toxic' culture in Los Angeles. The sprawling estate is situated in North Beverly Park, an exclusive community within Beverly Hills that is includes some of the priciest real estate in Los Angeles. The three-story main house includes a tearoom, a dining room that can fit more than 20 guests, two full-size gyms and an indoor speakeasy done up with green wood paneling and marble. Beyond supporting his wife's ambitions as a working mother, sources close to the family said Rod has also chosen to go across the pond because he knows that is where his two sons want to be.
