Zomato liquidates 10 overseas subsidiaries in less than a year

With the announcement of the liquidation of subsidiaries Zomato Vietnam Company Ltd and Poland's Gastronauci- the online food delivery platform has now made an exit from ten international markets in less than a year. This week, Zomato informed stock exchanges that it has initiated the dissolution of its step-down subsidiaries located in Vietnam and Poland to cut costs. The restaurant aggregator bid adieu to Zomato Chile SpA, PT Zomato Media Indonesia, Zomato New Zealand Media Pvt Ltd, Zomato Australia Pty Ltd, Zomato Media Portugal Unipessoal Lda, Zomato Ireland Limited – Jordan, Czech Republic's Lunchtime, and Zomato Slovakia i 2023.
