Google starts rolling out December security patch to pixel 4 smartphones
India TodayGoogle last week rolled out December Android update for Pixel smartphones. At the time Google had said that the Pixel 4 and the Pixel 4 XL smartphones would 'start receiving the update next week'. If reports are to be believed, Pixel 4 users in the US and Australia have received the update so far which weighs 129MP and includes performance updates and improvements to the phone's Face Unlock feature wherein the phone uses face unlock images to improve the face model of the user's face which in the long run allows the phone to better identify the user. The first Feature Drop brought robocall screening, auto framing and portrait filter on Google Duo, and portrait blur features to the company's Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL smartphones.
