
Indian AI Hub tasked with identifying critical projects for the Army: Report
India TodayAs per News18, Navratna Defence PSU Bharat Electronics Limited has teamed up with the Army and established an Artificial Intelligence Incubation Hub, as a part of the agreement signed this year, for collaborating in the field of Artificial Intelligence to identify related projects which are critical for the Army. Also, the Artificial Intelligence Incubation Hub will work in matters related to AI-based swarm technology, machine learning, big data analytics, robotics, cyber security, and heaps more. AI-enabled solutions displayed at DefExpo 2022 In the recently held DefExpo 2022, the Indian Army displayed several in-house solutions, like F-INSAS, detonation systems, and remotely operated weapon stations. Further, the Army also showcased multiple Artificial Intelligence enabled surveillance and tracking solutions, for instance, CHOUKASS, PRISM, Sarvatra Pehchaan, TAIROWS, etc.
