Read our privacy policy X-Men spinoff The New Mutants – a film whose troubled production dates back to 2017 – looks like it is about to be released digitally. Eagle-eyed fans perusing the list of titles available to purchase on Amazon were surprised to notice a price tag had suddenly become attached to the Disney film, which stars Maisie Williams, Anya Taylor-Joy and Stranger Things actor Charlie Heaton. Unlike other films delayed by the studio, though, including the live-action remake of Mulan and Marvel film Black Widow, The New Mutants was not handed a new release date. Considering the studio is yet to give the film a new theatrical release date, it seems like the pre-order option is proof that The New Mutants will be available to watch at home in the near future.

‘The New Mutants’ finally hits theaters, but without much fanfare (or reviews)
