If Left liberals treated Ganga like mother, no one would have polluted it: PM Modi

India Today

With less than a month left for the Lok Sabha elections 2019 results, political leaders are leaving no stone unturned to woo voters. Prime Minister Narendra Modi filed his nomination from Varanasi on Friday after a mega 6-km long roadshow from Banaras Hindu University to Dashashwamedh Ghat in Varanasi. Talking exclusively to Aaj Tak, Prime Minister Narendra Modi talked about cleaning river Ganga and how long it will take to clean the river completely. Prime Minister Modi added that the situation of Ganga worsened when we made water just a chemical formula H2O and stopped treating it like a mother. Had these Left liberals treated Ganga like mother, nobody would have polluted the river," he said.
