Drone strike on Jammu air base: Did India know about the threat?

Security personnel patrol the area after two explosions rocked the high security technical area of Air Force Station Jammu on the intervening night of June 26-27. Q: DID INDIA KNOW ABOUT THE THREAT: A: For the past two years plus, Pakistan has been using UAVs to send AK-47 assault rifles, ammunition and drugs into India, especially across the Punjab and Jammu border. A: India took pre-emptive steps to neutralise the threat of imminent attack both during the Surgical Strikes and the Balakot air strike. Apart from the Indian Air Force's internal assessment, a National Investigation Agency team has arrived at the air force station and has begun an extensive search at the blast site.
