
Employee grievance programme every 3rd Monday
Deccan ChronicleVijayawada: Guntur Municipal Corporation commissioner Keerthi Chekuri announced a special programme for addressing employees' grievances third Monday of every month, from 3 to 4 pm. Commissioner Keerthi emphasized the importance of this monthly grievance session, specifically designed to address service-related matters for employees across various departments of the municipal corporation. During the Spandana programme, the commissioner personally received applications and instructed officials to handle the complaints received with utmost responsibility. During Monday's Spandana session, a total of 22 complaints were received, comprising 7 related to the Town Planning Department, 7 related to the Engineering Department, 2 pertaining to the Revenue Department, 4 associated with the Public Health Department, and one each from the Sub-Cell Department and the Accounts Department.
