Ahead of a key court hearing on the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act, we look at what it could mean for Americans. In 2009, someone buying individual non-employer health insurance would pay about $3,600, or $7,000 if it also covered their family, but pay much higher deductibles for medical services.
