Describing it as “the most famous mugshot in the history of the world”, she said it will be “a flag flown by people who love this country because they’re backing Donald Trump”. Calling it “absurd” that there would be a mugshot taken of Mr Trump when he is one of the most famous people in the world, Lara Trump said: “We know the goal with this is to try and embarrass him in some way, but I think it’s going to backfire on them just like everything else.” Mugshots for Mr Trump’s codefendants have begun to emerge after several surrendered to authorities on Tuesday and Wednesday. Mr Trump’s former personal lawyer Mr Giuliani was photographed for his mugshot on Wednesday, after turning himself in at Fulton County Jail.
