CLAT 2018 Results Shall Be Subject To The Decision Of Petitions Challenging It: Rajasthan HC [Read Order]
The Rajasthan High Court has, while posting a writ petition challenging CLAT Examinations 2018, on 29th May, observed that if the result of the Examination is declared before the said date, it shall be subject to the decision of this writ petition.This order was issued by the division bench comprising of Justice Gopal Krishan Vyas and Justice Ramchandra Singh Jhala on a Writ petition filed by. In the wake of the episode of mismanagement and technical snags characterizing the CLAT 2018 held on May 13, two students have approached the Jaipur bench of the Rajasthan High Court praying for a re-test in view of the blatant violation of the prescribed Rules and Regulations.
