We will never allow brewery: Siddique

Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee working president T. Siddique, MLA, said here on Wednesday that his party would never permit setting up a brewery in Elapully panchayat, where the people were facing a severe water shortage. He warned that the agitation against the brewery would be strengthened if the government did not withdraw from the move to generate liquor by ignoring the drinking water needs of the people. Mr. Siddique was inaugurating the valedictory session of the 100-hour satyagraha staged by Karshaka Congress State president Majoosh Mathew at Anjuvilakku junction here. KPCC general secretary C.
