I believe that the Prime Minister actually picked up the idea of “Modi Ki Guarantee” after the Karnataka election’s “Congress Ki Guarantee”. In their hearts, they are casteists, and they are casteist people sitting on the higher echelons, trying to flummox the rest of the caste system to make believe they have actually won.
