BlackBerry Services Disrupted For Third Day

New Delhi/Ottawa, Oct 12: Scores of BlackBerry users faced problems in accessing the e-mail, messenger and other online services on their smartphones for the third day today, but service providers said they have no plans to waive the charges for the days services were disrupted. BlackBerry handset users are still experiencing intermittent issues while using BlackBerry services caused by a core switch failure. Various telecom operators like Bharti Airtel, Vodafone, Reliance Communications and Idea Cellular offer different plans to provide Blackberry services. However, customers are receiving alert messages from the operators saying, “We are aware that you are still experiencing intermittent issues while using BlackBerry services.
