Constitution can be amended to undo Congress's 'anti-Hindu' changes: BJP MP
India TodayKarnataka BJP MP Anantkumar Hegde on Sunday said the Constitution could be amended to undo the "anti-Hindu" changes which he alleged were made during the Congress regime. Criticising Hegde's remarks, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi said the MP's statement that he "needs 400 seats to change the Constitution is a public declaration of the hidden intentions of Narendra Modi and his 'Sangh Parivar'". In a post on X, he said the "ultimate goal of Narendra Modi and the BJP is to destroy Baba Saheb's Constitution. Rahul Gandhi slams BJP MP's remarks on amending the Constitution "By dividing society, enslaving the media, guarding freedom of expression and crippling independent institutions, they want to turn India's great democracy into a narrow dictatorship by conspiring to eliminate the opposition.
