Free Coaching for Competitive Exams in Telangana Junior Colleges

Hyderabad: The state government will offer free coaching to prepare government junior college students for competitive exams such as Eapcet, NEET, and JEE from the ongoing academic year. In addition, the government has established an academic guidance, training, and placement cell within the department of intermediate education here. The responsibilities of the cell include overseeing the preparation of academic calendars, conducting audits, monitoring content introduction, and organising student events at the college level. The cell will also focus on career readiness, handling training programmes for teachers and students, coordinating job placement activities, and overseeing skill development initiatives through collaboration with industry and educational bodies like NSDC and PMKVY.
