The telescope will efficiently conduct the observation of interplanetary space weather on a daily basis to provide high-quality data for both China and international space weather forecasting. 行星际闪烁监测望远镜主站。（中国科学院国家空间科学中心供图）图片来源：新华网 【知识点】 来自银河系之外的致密天体所辐射的射电波在通过行星际空间时，会被太阳风湍流不规则结构散射，最终形成射电时序流量的随机起伏，该现象被命名为行星际闪烁。 通过监测行星际闪烁，就可以重建太阳风的三维结构，有助于揭示太阳爆发活动与地球空间响应的因果关联。 据介绍，行星际闪烁监测望远镜将通过逐日遥测行星际太阳风速度，捕捉太阳风在行星际空间的动态传播过程，为我国和国际空间天气预报提供原始观测数据和定量数值预报产品，从而减少或避免太阳活动导致的灾害性空间天气给航空、航天、通讯、导航和电网运行等带来的严重影响。 【重要讲话】 基础研究和原始创新不断加强，一些关键核心技术实现突破，战略性新兴产业发展壮大，载人航天、探月探火、深海深地探测、超级计算机、卫星导航、量子信息、核电技术、新能源技术、大飞机制造、生物医药等取得重大成果，进入创新型国家行列。 We have grown stronger in basic research and original innovation, made breakthroughs in some core technologies in key fields, and boosted emerging strategic industries.
