Australian luxury property and resort developer Tim Gurner is not only very rich - he's reportedly worth $989million - he also plans to live for a very long time to enjoy his wealth. Since his father died of cancer, Mr Gurner wants to live the best and longest life he can, to the point that it's become 'an obsession', he told the Sydney Morning Herald's Good Weekend Magazine. Mr Gurner measures everything he eats so it amounts to exactly 3,300 calories a day, including 'The exact same numbers of fruits and vegetables' Mr Gurner made international headlines in 2017 for saying that when he was trying to buy his first home, he 'wasn't buying smashed avocado for $19 and four coffees at $4 each' Mr Gurner took particular aim at tradies, claiming productivity had dipped since the pandemic.
