Delhi Assembly becomes paperless; iPads given to all MLAs, only e-documents will be tabled

With all 70 MLAs getting iPads or tablets, allowing them to work digitally, the Delhi Assembly decided to go paperless on Tuesday. As per an official statement, the Delhi Legislative Assembly has become paperless and only e-documents will be tabled in the House from now. Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Manish Sisodia of Delhi said, "Delhi Legislative Assembly will be completely paperless now. He added, “Under the automation project, the Legislative Assembly has been provided with good Wi-Fi connectivity which will enable the members of the Assembly to attend the proceedings uninterrupted."
