The promised motorhomes to help the people of Wilcannia to safely isolate during the COVID-19 outbreak have arrived in the small town in far west NSW. Key points: More than 13 per cent of the community of 800 people has COVID The 30 motorhomes will allow close contacts of cases to isolate safely A "base camp" of NSW Health and other personnel will be on site 24/7 to provide support and care The 30 vehicles, which have been set up at the town's showground, will provide temporary accommodation for the close contacts of anyone infected with the coronavirus.
