On the mend: Tim Robards, 39, looked pained as he shared photos from his Sydney hospital ward on Thursday, after TEARING his quadricep muscle on the footy field 'In a moment of what can only be described as pure glory… I was dashing down the footy field in glorious full flight… about to score… and then RIP,' Tim began his post. In a lengthy Instagram post on Thursday, the fitness enthusiast revealed how he had to have his rectus femoris muscle reattached in order to 'walk and run again properly' Hindsight: Tim regretted having not done a proper warmup ahead of the game, and thanked the 'wonderful staff and doctor' who helped put him 'back together' The reality star also revealed that his rehabilitation won't be a walk in the park. 'So now it's crutches and a leg brace for me for the next month or so whilst I rehab and get in the best shape of my life approaching 40,' he wrote Tim shared photos of himself in a hospital gown eating sandwiches, as well as a close-up shot of his leg in a brace. By his side: Tim's friends and fans offered their well wishes in the comments section, along with his wife Anna Heinrich, 34, who sweetly wrote, 'I'll look after you.
