LOS ANGELES — Michael Malone will never forgive the organizational impatience that undercut his Sacramento Kings back in mid-December 2014. These were the musings that came to mind in the wake of the Nuggets’ Game 3 win, and they were the basis of conversations with Malone and Murray afterward.
