Vijay's Master: BJP cadres protest at Neyveli to stop the film's shooting

India Today

The shooting of Vijay's upcoming film Master was interrupted on February 5, when Income-Tax officials questioned the actor over tax evasion. After completing the formalities, Vijay returned to the film's shooting spot in Neyveli on February 7 and was welcomed by hundreds of fans. However, the team was in for a shock when members belonging to Bharatiya Janata Party protested near Neyveli Coal Mine demanding the makers to stop the film's shooting. Later, the I-T department gave clearance to Vijay who rushed to Neyveli to resume Master's shooting.
